Its a common knowledge that in Bangalore, Auto rickshaws drivers are the bizarrely behaved set of people. They do not mind saying a NO to any requestor for their services. If they prefer not to go, they just flatly ignore you asking and drive away. Also, when it comes to fare collection most often than not, Meters present in their auto’s are a non entity … they just ask what comes to their mind rather than going by the meter. Next in line is the way they drive, any side on the road is their side… haphazard driving, careless attitude… all in all its a tuk tuk to mayhem
These people take our city to ransom and always their is that Union… the Auto Drivers union. This unionism i would like it to Organised Crimesters. For all the unjust ways they also strike and want no decision that causes them a discomfort to go through. The recent decision of the Govt to get 4 stroke vehicles painted in Green color and modern meters to be installed was clearly objected to by them and the Govt as usual has bend its knees and got the decision extended.
Why is that these unionists are not doing anything to improve the services they offer… never is that talked about
